Security deposit of $2550.00 (1.5x regular rent) is due upon application approval.  Your first rental payment is not due until 30 days following your lease start date.

Security deposit is refundable in early August 2024 as usual under the lease terms, or tenant may extend the lease for another year upon expiration at the same rate of $1700.00 per month.  All other terms apply below, including the usual background checks.

Regular rent ($1700.00/month) applies for all leases beginning after Feb. 15.
