We are a 55+ community located in Stevens Point on Water St. We are currently one year old and have a 2 bedroom 1 bath unit available on the top floor! The application process for those who are interested includes a credit and criminal check and $10 application fee with a filled out application. Once we verify income and assets fit under our income restrictions, this unit is ready for move in! We are offering tours at this time, and if you would like to set up an appointment to fill out an application or get one submitted and ask questions, we are available downtown to meet with M-F by appointment.

Our current vacancy is a 2 bedroom (1 bath) option available for $1012 a month, including heat, water, trash, & sewage. Each unit includes a washer and dryer for a minimal fee of $30 a month, as well as refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. There is central air and energy efficient Nest thermostats in each apartment. There is also a storage unit available on each floor as well as a laundry room if you choose to forego the fee. Parking is covered and included with your rent but it is first come first served and there is currently a small waitlist. We also have ample parking attached to the building on the north side on 3rd Street. There is an onsite manager M-F.

Located in the heart of downtown, we offer the convenience of everything you need to enjoy and active downtown lifestyle. We have the bus line running right in front of our building. We're down the street from the Lincoln Center where you will find all sorts of aging and disability resources, and within walking distance of the local farmer's market, downtown dining, and library! This is your chance to live a connected life as we will also offer a fitness center along with our community room and rooftop (2nd floor) deck. We have an activities calendar and also offer some continuing education classes through Midstate Tech, as well as a library with computers open to residents!

Our building is here to meet the need for affordable housing for seniors in the Stevens Point area but as a requirement of any tax credit option we have income restrictions. *Income restrictions for this particular unit cap out at $31,500 for one person. They are a little higher if you are going to be living with a 2nd occupant. If your gross annual income is over income restriction, you would not qualify for this apartment at this time.
